Terms should make the boundary clear.
These draft terms describe the intended rules for using the Hadenorbis public website, accounts, published resources and prototype applications.
1. Scope and acceptance
These terms are intended to apply when a person browses the site, creates an account, submits an enquiry, uses a resource or opens a Hadenorbis application. If a separate written agreement applies to project work, that agreement governs the project.
2. Information, not advice
Public articles, frameworks, templates and application outputs are provided for general information and reflection. They are not legal, financial, medical or other regulated professional advice and should not be the sole basis for consequential decisions.
3. Accounts and access
Users are responsible for accurate registration information, protecting their credentials and promptly reporting suspected unauthorised access. Permissions are personal to the account and may not be bypassed, shared or used to reach unassigned content.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not interfere with security, availability or other users.
- Do not upload unlawful, harmful, infringing or malicious material.
- Do not scrape, probe or reverse engineer protected systems without written permission.
- Do not present prototype output as verified Hadenorbis advice or evidence.
5. Intellectual property
Unless a page or separate licence says otherwise, the Hadenorbis name, approved logo, original content, frameworks, interface and application materials remain protected by their applicable rights. Viewing public material does not transfer ownership or grant a commercial reuse licence.
6. User submissions
A person must have the right to submit content and remains responsible for it. Any licence required for Hadenorbis to host, review or publish an authorised submission should be limited to operating the agreed service and defined in the applicable workflow or contract.
7. Prototypes and availability
Content or applications labelled Sample, Concept or Prototype may be incomplete, change without notice or be withdrawn. Maintenance, security work and external providers can affect availability. No uninterrupted or error-free operation is promised.
8. Third-party services
Links or configured integrations may lead to independent services with their own terms and privacy practices. A link does not by itself imply partnership, endorsement or responsibility for that service.
9. Suspension and changes
Access may be restricted when reasonably necessary to protect users, content, systems or legal obligations. Material term changes should be dated and communicated in a manner proportionate to their effect.
10. Contact
Questions about these draft terms may be sent to hello@hadenorbis.com. Formal legal notice details must be added after counsel and operational review.
